The problem
What makes it hard
A protected site with a controlled perimeter. An adversary is kept a hundred metres away or more by fencing, guarding and cameras. But suppliers, service engineers, cleaners and contractors move about inside the facility, and the centre is staffed around the clock, which means nobody ever has the room to themselves. Dwell time for an external adversary: short. For an insider or a contractor: unlimited.
Appropriate level: TEMPEST Level B / RÖS U2 for most positions, TEMPEST Level A / RÖS U1 for those against an outside wall or against a space outsiders may enter.

The zone shrinks to the presentation surface, and the desk becomes an extension of the computer.
