Webinars

Forty-five minutes, four times a year

A quarterly session on the parts of security that hardware decides – compromising emanations, one-way transfer, and how to word a requirement so it cannot be met by equipment that only claims to be certified.

The programme

Four subjects, one per quarter

These sessions exist because the questions we answer on the phone are the same questions every month, and they deserve a better answer than a rushed one. They are free, they are not a product demonstration, and the slides go out afterwards whether or not you attended.

  1. Compromising emanations in practice

What actually leaks from a monitor, a keyboard and a printer, how far it travels, and what changes when the receiver costs a few hundred euros instead of a laboratory budget. Includes the difference between TEMPEST levels and how to choose one.

  2. One-way transfer without breaking the flow

Where a data diode belongs, which protocols cross it natively, what stops working, and how to design the flows before installation rather than after. Honest about what a diode costs you.

  3. Writing a requirement that holds

The clauses that keep uncertified equipment out of a tender under LOU and LUFS, what evidence to demand with the offer, and where M-numbers fit. Bring a draft specification and we will go through it.

  4. Today's threat picture for critical infrastructure

What has changed for operators of grids, rail and water: reachable operational technology, supply chains as a target, and which of your systems belong on the short list where compromise is unrecoverable.

Webinars

How the sessions work

  • 45 minutes: 30 of substance, 15 of questions.
  • Held in Swedish or English depending on who signs up. Say which you prefer.
  • An engineer presents, not a salesperson. Questions are answered on the spot or in writing afterwards.
  • No recording of the question section, so people can ask what they actually want to ask.
  • Slides and the recording of the presentation go to everyone who registered.

Training

Four tracks, seventeen sessions, built from real installations.

Recordings

The presentation from each session is published here afterwards, together with the slides. The question section is not recorded.

The first session has not been held yet. Register your interest and you will be told when it is scheduled.

Next step

A question that cannot wait for the next session?

Ask it now. Our engineers in Stockholm answer directly – the webinars exist because the answers are worth giving properly, not because we want you to wait for them.
