A sustainability mindset
Addtech and Fibersystem aim to run a sustainable business. This does not only mean that we have to meet the required standards and regulations on the market, but also to have a sustainability mindset when it comes to working conditions, ethics and the environment. We believe that this creates added value for our customers, suppliers, employees and the community we operate in.
Our sustainability work is founded on our Code of Conduct and is based on the UN’s Global Compact, the ILO’s Core Conventions and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. Addtech has published a sustainability report every year since 2011. Some of the reported topics are Fibersystem’s use of energy, carbon footprint, employee turnover and employee health and safety.
