The problem
What makes it hard
Twenty student positions that have to work against a training network and sometimes against a live system, with an instructor position controlling what appears on the main screen.
Training data that is real data. And the risk that the room teaches the wrong habits: if the instructor demonstrates the quickest way around the USB disconnect, the training has actively made the whole organisation less secure.
How it is built
The display as a pure receiver
HDMI is not one-way: DDC runs in both directions, and EDID is a shared, writable object.
