The problem
What makes it hard
The board handles information covered by protective security legislation while working with commercial habits: personal laptops, cloud services, remote attendance.
Mobile phones. No product in the catalogue addresses that; it is a matter of routine and storage, and it belongs in the design brief even though nobody sells it. Beyond that: remote attendance “just this once” through a service outside the approved video conference path.
