About the product

The product can be described as a USB hub that by default is completely disconnected from the host computer, “positive” disconnect. It gives USB-access for up to 210 minutes, then auto-off.

A control button located on the top of the unit enables or disables USB connectivity and a status indicator LED clearly shows the unit’s operational state — RED when active, and GREEN when disconnected (secure).

Versions

The Secure USB Disconnect is available in two versions — Desktop and Conference — each tailored to different operational needs and levels of security

  • Desktop – Timer-controlled disconnect of USB-devices such as headset and web camera.
  • Conference – Timer-controlled disconnect USB-connected camera, microphones and speakers.
