VTC Codec U1/LA is based on Cisco Codec EQ mounted in a RÖS U1 and TEMPEST Level A protected enclosure that connects to VTC 55" with external Codec U1/LA (camera and display unit) via fiber optic cabling to create a flexible video conferencing system approved for RÖS U1 and TEMPEST Level A. The product is intended to be part of Fibersystem’s TEMPEST Level A and RÖS U1 approved video conferencing system and is designed to be mounted in 19" racks. Together with the Codec Switch TEMPEST Level A and RÖS U1, you can connect up to 4 separate codecs to one and the same camera and monitor device.
